BatskaConsultingGroup (BCG) provides construction project management services for Healthcare and Educational Institutions.
Corporate Overview
Founded over 13 years ago, BCG has grown into a dynamic team of more than 30 talented engineers and architects with extensive project management, design, commissioning and construction management experience. Our professionals’ education and training cover many disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm and Architecture.
We have successfully represented our clients in managing Infrastructure Upgrade and Clinical Capital Improvement projects from conceptual phase to financial and operational closeout. Our team has managed the installation of more than $550m in new and improved building service and distribution systems of all disciplines, as well as more than $350m in capital improvements.

Communication
One of the keys to our success is the importance and emphasis we employ in external and internal communications throughout the project life cycle. Our project managers are responsible for providing clear project information to internal and external audiences.
Personnel
Our personnel are highly trained in establishing and enforcing Infection Control Measures and Interim Life Safety Measures, which are a crucial part of construction in an active healthcare facility. We take Patient and Personnel Safety very seriously and are trained to find ways of minimizing service shutdowns to insure uninterrupted patient care with the minimal possible impact to occupants.
