Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Aiming to expand access to advanced cardiac care, this 6,000-square-foot project introduced a fully equipped Cardiac Catheterization Lab within an active hospital environment. The project included the construction of a procedure room with an integrated control room, six prep and recovery patient bays, a nurses’ station, sterile supply room, staff lockers, and ancillary spaces such as patient and staff restrooms, a nutrition alcove, administrative areas, and upgraded hallway finishes. Located adjacent to an existing procedure room, the renovation was carefully phased to minimize disruption to ongoing hospital services. Construction was executed with strict adherence to infection control protocols and life safety measures, ensuring patient and staff safety throughout the project. The completed facility provides a state-of-the-art cardiac procedure environment, enhancing patient care, operational efficiency, and clinical capabilities within a fully active hospital setting.
