Cardiology Department Expansion

A 1,000sf office expansion for an existing Cardiology practice in an occupied medical office building, with renovations carefully coordinated to minimize disruptions to ongoing clinical operations. The scope included installation of new mechanical and electrical systems, modified Fire Alarm system, and a plumbing system including the repair and replacement of existing plumbing infrastructure to support new clinical and patient care functions. The reconfigured floor plan created a suite of exam rooms, provider offices, and clinical workspaces. The expanded suite is designed to improve workflow, enhance patient privacy, and allow for growth of the Cardiology Department.
