Fairlawn Consolidation
This project centers on the consolidation of multiple Valley Health System outpatient practices into a single, newly renovated full-floor medical suite. The scope of work involves the complete gut renovation and interior fit-out of the 23,400 square foot second floor, transforming it into a modern, efficient, and patient-focused clinical environment.
The new facility will feature 40 exam rooms, 18 touchdown workstations, and a variety of dedicated support spaces designed to optimize staff workflow and enhance patient care. Programmed areas include phlebotomy, fully equipped work rooms, medical assistant (MA) stations, and multiple ancillary offices to support seamless day-to-day operations. Each space was thoughtfully planned to balance efficiency with comfort, ensuring that both patients and providers benefit from the upgraded environment.
Designed to function as a hub for primary care and geriatrics medicine, the suite strengthens access to comprehensive outpatient services in a single, centralized location. By bringing together providers and support teams under one roof, the facility enhances care coordination, reduces patient travel between sites, and supports a team-based model of care delivery.
Through modern finishes, updated infrastructure, and a layout that prioritizes patient flow, the project provides Valley Health System with a future-ready medical suite that advances its mission to deliver accessible, high-quality, and coordinated healthcare.
