Hematology Analyzer Replacement

This project involves the replacement of existing Hematology and Urinalysis analyzers with new Sysmex XN-9100 and UN-9000N analyzers, ensuring improved diagnostic capability and operational efficiency. The scope follows a multi-phased implementation approach designed to maintain full laboratory functionality throughout the transition. Priority will be given to replacing equipment that has reached end-of-life status to minimize risk and ensure continuity of care. The project underwent necessary renovations to support the new systems and ensure compliance with current code, including asbestos abatement, architectural modifications, mechanical upgrades to meet the environmental requirements of the new analyzers, along with updated electrical systems to support increased load demands. Life safety systems were enhanced through updates to the fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
