Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine Outpatient Facility

This 4,500-square-foot interior build-out was delivered as a landlord project for NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group, creating two distinct medical office suites tailored for Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine specialties. Each suite includes approximately five exam rooms, private offices, ADA-compliant restrooms, a clinical laboratory, and ancillary clinical support spaces. The design focused on maximizing operational efficiency, patient comfort, and staff functionality within the existing building framework. This project successfully transformed the space into fully functional, specialty-focused medical office suites, providing a professional, modern environment that supports high-quality patient care and streamlined clinical operations.
