Interventional Radiology Holding Area

This interior renovation transformed existing second-floor space into two new patient bays within the Interventional Radiology Suite of an active hospital. Located directly adjacent to a functioning Ambulatory Surgery Unit, the project required careful phasing and coordination to minimize disruption to ongoing clinical operations. The scope included the installation of sprinklers and medical gas infrastructure, a new HVAC system, upgraded electrical service, and millwork and finishes improvements. Construction was executed with strict adherence to infection control and life safety protocols, ensuring patient and staff safety throughout the project. The renovation enhanced the functionality of the Interventional Radiology Suite, providing additional patient care capacity within a modernized, fully compliant clinical environment.
