This project involved the complete interior fit-out of a 60,000 square foot healthcare tenant space within a newly constructed, developer-led 80,000 square foot medical office building. The program encompassed full planning, design, and construction services to deliver a highly functional, patient-centered clinical environment that supports a diverse range of specialty practices. A dedicated ground-floor medical entrance and lobby were created to improve patient access, circulation, and wayfinding, establishing a clear identity for the healthcare tenant within the larger facility. The fit-out included a comprehensive imaging suite—featuring MRI, CT, X-ray, mammography, and a dedicated breast imaging center—designed to meet advanced diagnostic standards while prioritizing patient comfort and safety. Additional program elements included a fully equipped physical therapy gym and more than 80 exam and procedure rooms, strategically designed to accommodate multidisciplinary services such as cardiology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, integrative medicine, and surgery. Given the complex nature of the work, the project required careful coordination of MEP infrastructure, structural supports, imaging floor penetrations, and vertical transport systems in close collaboration with the developer and design teams. Acting as the central liaison among clinical stakeholders, the landlord, architects, engineers, and contractors, our team ensured alignment across all project phases. The result is a state-of-the-art medical facility that delivers seamless patient care while supporting operational efficiency and long-term flexibility.
