Multi-specialty Outpatient Facility

The project consists of phased interior renovations within an actively operating 40,000 SF ambulatory care facility, across two floors. Work is carefully sequenced to maintain ongoing clinical operations and minimize disruptions to staff and patients. This project was completed over the course of two years, while maximizing a carefully developed budget utilizing Tenant Improvement funding. The scope includes comprehensive upgrades to architectural finishes throughout patient care, clinical support, and administrative areas; installation of new furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E); and modernization of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to improve performance, reliability, and energy efficiency. The project also reconfigures and expands key clinical program spaces, including exam rooms, treatment areas, and diagnostic support zones, as well as clerical and administrative workspaces to enhance workflow, capacity, and patient experience.
