Multidisciplinary Cardiology Center

This project encompassed the comprehensive renovation and restoration of the facility’s 6th and 7th floors, transforming approximately 50,000 square feet into modernized clinical and support space. The scope of work included the construction of more than 35 exam rooms, 13 infusion bays, and a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym tailored to accommodate a wide spectrum of patient needs and therapies. Each space was designed with flexibility, accessibility, and patient comfort in mind, ensuring the facility can support both current demand and future growth. Because the work took place within an active, occupied building, careful planning and execution were essential. Construction activities were sequenced and coordinated to prioritize safety and minimize disruption, allowing the facility to maintain uninterrupted patient care and daily operations. This required close collaboration with clinical leadership, infection control teams, and facility operations staff throughout the project’s duration. The resulting design not only enhances the patient experience but also advances operational efficiency. Improved layouts streamline patient flow, expand clinical capacity, and foster a multidisciplinary model of care, strengthening collaboration among providers. By integrating upgraded infrastructure and modern building systems, the project delivers a future-ready environment that aligns with the institution’s mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
