Multispecialty Physician Practices

The hospital, in support of its ongoing campus expansion and physician recruitment initiatives, is undertaking the strategic planning and interior fit-out of an existing medical office facility located in West Harrison, NY. The building consists of three (3) floors totaling approximately 37,969 SF, all of which will undergo a gut renovation. The renovation provides all new architectural finishes, including flooring, ceilings, wall systems, millwork, lighting, and specialty clinical components, designed to provide a modern, clean, and patient-centered environment. All utility systems will undergo full replacement, including new mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) systems, a new fire alarm system, and a complete new sprinkler system, ensuring compliance with current codes and enhancing building performance, reliability, and life safety. Concurrently, and in coordination with, the Landlord who is completing several base building upgrades, including enhancements to the MEP infrastructure, replacement of windows, improvements to the building façade, and modifications to parking facilities. This project is driven in part by the need to decant and relocate several practices throughout Westchester County. Consolidating these practices into a single, modernized facility will improve patient access to a network of care, and streamline administrative functions.
