This project involved the complete renovation and restoration of a free-standing building, transforming it into a modern, state-of-the-art medical practice. The work encompassed both interior and exterior upgrades, delivering a facility that enhances patient access, provider efficiency, and long-term operational performance. The scope began with a full interior gut renovation and comprehensive infrastructure replacement, ensuring all building systems met the rigorous demands of contemporary healthcare. Inside, the space was thoughtfully programmed to include 15 exam rooms, 7 physician offices, and dedicated patient-focused areas such as a welcoming reception and waiting area, check-in/check-out stations, and a phlebotomy room. Staff and provider needs were also prioritized through the inclusion of a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped workroom, and two medical assistant (MA) stations, along with all necessary support spaces to streamline daily operations. A new elevator was installed to improve accessibility and comply with ADA standards. Equally significant was the exterior transformation. The project delivered a brand-new façade, roof, and foundation, paired with the installation of a new septic system. Site improvements included enhanced landscaping and the construction of a modern parking lot, designed to increase convenience and accessibility for both patients and staff.
