Outpatient OBGYN Office

This 5,000-square-foot medical office was developed for NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester to support specialized Women’s Health services, including comprehensive fetal monitoring. The project involved the conversion of a former dental office into a fully equipped OB/GYN facility, featuring two patient procedure and recovery rooms, central sterile processing, ultrasound suites, and all required medical gas and WAGD infrastructure. Biomedical equipment was upgraded to meet the facility’s specialized clinical needs. Design and construction were executed to ensure a patient-centered environment, integrating workflow efficiencies and compliance with healthcare standards. The completed space provides advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities for women’s health, supporting both routine and specialized care within a modern, functional medical office setting.
