Outpatient Pediatric Facility

This project involved the complete gut renovation of 5,500 square feet to create two distinct internal medicine suites within a shared medical office environment. Each suite was designed to function independently while sharing a common staff lounge, optimizing both privacy and operational efficiency. The suites feature six exam rooms, five private offices, four restrooms, a clinical laboratory, clean and soiled holding areas, and reception and waiting areas. The renovation included full interior upgrades to MEP systems, finishes, and medical infrastructure to meet modern healthcare standards. The design focused on maximizing workflow efficiency for clinicians and staff while providing a patient-centered environment. The completed project delivers fully equipped, functional office suites that support high-quality internal medicine care within a professional and comfortable medical setting.
