Paramus Primary Care

This project entailed the full-scale renovation and restoration of a second-floor section of the building, encompassing a total area of 18,600 square feet. The scope of work included the complete overhaul of the facility to accommodate a medical practice for Valley Health System in Paramus. The renovation involved the construction of 35 examination rooms, 15 doctor's offices, 3 practice manager offices, waiting and check-in/check-out areas, 2 workrooms, a conference room, a phlebotomy station, a lactation room, an ultra-sound room, , a well-equipped workroom, two medical assistant (MA) station, and the necessary supporting rooms, such as IT rooms, a comfortable staff lounge, mechanical rooms, janitor closet, and storage rooms.
