Pediatric Interventional Radiology Upgrade

This project delivered a full modernization of a pediatric interventional radiology procedure room and control room, replacing legacy imaging equipment. The project team worked closely with hospital leadership and clinical staff to ensure seamless integration of the new IR platform while meeting all manufacturer and regulatory requirements. To support the new equipment, the project included significant MEP upgrades, including enhanced power distribution, HVAC adjustments, lighting, and medical gas coordination. Prefabricated ceiling and wall panel systems were utilized to shorten the installation timeline and improve long term maintainability. Interior improvements included new flooring, casework, wall protection, and finishes selected for durability and infection control. The completed procedure room provides improved imaging capabilities, a modern patient environment, and more reliable infrastructure for future technology upgrades.
