Primary Care Physician’s Office Renovation

Batska led the renovation of an existing physician’s office at a NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Medical Group offsite location to accommodate expanding clinical needs and enhanced diagnostic capabilities. The project included the addition of a new exam room, a cardiac stress test room equipped with an echocardiogram machine and GE treadmill, and a new touch-down space for medical assistants. Upgrades included new flooring, ceiling tiles, lighting, and finishes throughout the suite, as well as a new IT closet with cabling and infrastructure to support IT and biomedical equipment. Construction was carefully coordinated to minimize disruption to adjacent clinical operations. The completed renovation modernized the practice, improving functionality, workflow, and patient experience while expanding the group’s diagnostic and treatment capabilities.
