Outpatient Orthopedics, Rehab Medicine, and Sports Performance Facility

Located in the Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, this 10,000-square-foot facility was developed for ColumbiaDoctors and NewYork-Presbyterian to deliver integrated orthopedic care, rehabilitation medicine, and advanced sports performance training. The project involved a full gut renovation of a former retail storefront to create a modern medical office equipped with two MRIs (1.5T and 3T), a CT scanner, X-ray, and ultrasound suites, alongside a performance gym featuring state-of-the-art fitness and therapy equipment and a dedicated clinical treatment wing. Extensive MEP upgrades were required, including new electrical services coordinated with Con Edison, as well as roof and façade repairs. Batska provided key support in securing building permits, coordinating with municipal agencies, and negotiating signage variances to maximize client visibility. The completed facility offers a seamless, high-performance environment for athletes and patients, enhancing access to world-class orthopedic and rehabilitation care in Westchester.
