Project Description:
Coordinated construction of a new, state of the art well baby nursery. Scope included upgrades to the building medical gas risers, replacement of a 25 bed nurse call system, installation of a dedicated split-system A/C unit, extensive MEP relocations and modifications. Construction was completed on a tight timeline, meeting aggressive DOH inspection and ribbon cutting ceremony deadlines.
