Project Description:
Due to the failure of one of the chiller plants which consisted of three absorption chillers which fed the hospital loads a decision was made to install a new Chiller Plant consisting of two 800 Ton Centrifugal Chillers. The building load was managed by temporary street chillers while the old plant was demolished and the new plant installed. This was an fast track project that was design and installed and operational within 9 months of project approval.
